Michelle Larson: A committed and enthusiastic industry professional, Michelle manages each client’s real estate transaction with personal attention and a strict focus on details. She prides herself on providing top-notch service and listening carefully to her clients’ needs and desires. “I listen to what my clients tell me, and then I look for the homes that will meet their needs,” she says. She recognizes that in the context of buying, selling and negotiating, agents can sometimes overlook the client’s desires. Michelle sets herself apart by always remaining committed to the needs of her customers. When her clients aren’t exactly sure what their requirements are, Michelle helps them to define their needs so that both she and the client know what to expect. This laid-back, helpful approach has made Michelle particularly successful with first-time buyers. Approximately 60% of her business comes from referred or repeat customers – the mark of a truly successful real estate agent. Prior to entering the industry, Michelle was in the Air Force for seven years. The professionalism and diligence she honed in the military now serve her well in her real estate business.
